Work In Progress
This is a project I’m working on for 2026 with a new workflow.
I’ve been refining my workflow as my team has grown larger over time and now we have a great hybrid node-based workflow that’s mainly cloud-based. I’m using a combination of Weavy, Higgsfield, and Comfyui. As these models get larger and more complex working locally has become less useful for main generation. We now just use local ai generation for the prestine refinement passes that give us the edge on realism. And why Star Wars? Because I’m a huge fan and know the universe well, so I figured I’d also try to create my own unique characters and settings inside of that universe, for the purpose of this project.
Node Structure = Freedom

Node-based workflows
Above and below are a small peek into how I am able to truly breakdown the pieces of the ai puzzle for my clients and produce truly bespoke visuals that feel as close to shot footage as we can get as of today. The great news is, it’ll only get better with each passing month and year.

Crafting The Story
To create any sort of content requires all the usual elements of any great story. So we need a cast of characters, settings, camera angles, and refinements. While this is somewhat simplifying the process, you can see that splitting these parts up truly gives myself and my team the ability to create the imagery we are looking for. However there’s still always an element of “chance” in every generation but we are reducing that more and more with each passing month. While true control is the goal, I think too many newer enthusiasts to titular heads want ZERO chance. But IMHO that doesn’t align with how filmmaking works anyway. When James Cameron (a known auteur) hires a specific DP or head of CG, he’s enabling some level of “chance” as their visions of HIS vision aren’t precise. So personally I’m totally OK with and always excited by what unkown generations may appear even with my level of control.

Simple Stress-testing
This little side project is intended to stress-test in a simple way the new workflow in a way that can show my clients where we may go next. Now more than ever there is opportunity to create cinematic, emotionally powerful work using tools that open the door to new voices and new possibilities.
For filmmakers like me, this means being able to pursue ideas that would have required massive budgets, global locations, or full crews. For brands, it means creating premium, visually stunning content at a fraction of traditional production costs. And for audiences it creates a fresh way to experience not only advertising but truly unique and new story-driven content.
